We would use the school because it is easy to access and organise times to use class rooms. School would also have some lighting equipment that we could use on site. One of the ideas we have come up with is the idea of our main character being a teacher and what better set could you get than an actual school, its perfect to boost mise en scene.
Drama Room:
The schools drama room would be perfect for our performance section as it has a large space with the capability of complete darkness which would allow us to use more artistic lighting to create the conditions that we want.
Windsor Streets:
This is an image from google maps street view showing where we plan to get our protagonist to make the commute to and from his work. To find the street we wanted to use we went around Windsor on google street view. For us street view is revolutionary in that you can actually use it to location scout from your computer.
Ally Way:
We plan for our protagonist to face his fears at some point during the video and a good place we could do this is down a dark ally. We once again used street view to find the one we want to use. We need one that has street lights down it and this one that is located near our school fits the bill perfectly.
House:
The interior house scenes that are going to be shot will be done in one of our group members (Josh Barrett) houses. This will make it easier for us as there is no organization to be done in terms of times that we can use it.
